Reminder: you will need to dial the full 10 digit number (951-252-8866) to reach anyone in these departments and sites. Dialing the direct 3 digit extension will not work until your department or site has also transitioned to Zoom.
If at any time you experience trouble trying to dial a person's extension, try dialing the full 10 digit phone number instead. This will only be an issue until the entire organization has transferred to Zoom.
As the time nears for your department or site to make the switch, The IT department will reach out with a more detailed schedule of when, and will help with any preparations that need to be made to make the change as seamless as possible.

MySprings Maintenance - June 10, 2022 at 2PM
IT will be performing maintenance on MySprings on Friday, June 10th at 2:00PM. Due to this, you may experience some difficulties accessing MySprings between the hours of 2 PM and 5 PM. If you are still experiencing any issues on Monday, please contact IT.

Device Distribution on MySprings Down
IT is aware that the Device Distribution website is not working and staff are not able to look up students' Chromebooks. We are looking in to it and will update you when we know more.

Secured Browser Down for Testing
IT is aware that the Secure Browser for testing is down. The issue is currently being worked on by the testing provider and we will send an update when we hear more.

Google Workspace Update to Multiple-Location Drive Files
Starting on June 27, 2022, Google will be replacing multi-location Drive files with shortcuts. You will start seeing an in-product notification banner about two weeks before the replacement starts. The banner will have an alert with the change and will point you to a support article with more information. The migration from multiple-location files to shortcuts will happen automatically and no action is required by the user.

Internet Down at the Plaza
IT is aware that the internet is down for some floors of the Plaza. We are looking into it now and hope to have it resolved soon.
